Where listings come from
Business listings are compiled from public business records and public map/business data, focused on companies whose services include crawl space repair, encapsulation, waterproofing, drainage, mold removal, and insulation. Listings are refreshed on an ongoing basis; inactive businesses are removed when detected. If a listing is yours and needs correcting, you can claim it here.
Ratings and review counts
Star ratings and review counts shown on listings come from publicly available customer reviews. We display them as-is — CrawlRepair does not create, edit, or reweight reviews, and we do not accept payment to change a rating. Because they are third-party figures, we show them visually on the page but do not mark them up as our own structured-data ratings.
Pricing data
City pages show typical local price ranges for common crawl space services. These ranges are built from our city-level pricing dataset, which combines regional labor-cost differences with national cost baselines, and are cross-checked against national cost databases. They are estimates for budgeting — not quotes. Actual prices depend on crawl space size, damage severity, and materials, which is why we recommend comparing 2–3 itemized local quotes.
What the labels mean
- Standard listing — compiled from public data as described above; the business has not necessarily interacted with CrawlRepair.
- ✓ Verified — the business has claimed its listing and confirmed its contact details and services with us. Homeowners should still independently confirm current licensing and insurance before hiring — requirements vary by state.
- ⭐ Featured — a promoted placement that appears above other listings. Promotion affects ordering only; it never changes ratings or review data.
